Completion of a certification program:

Certified individuals are independently responsible for operating within their legal scope of practice.

6. Institutional Licensing

Licensing agreements are governed by separate contractual terms. Access to proprietary frameworks does not constitute ownership. Licensing may be revoked for breach of agreement or misuse of intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability
