Licensing Terms

Monarch Longevity Institute offers institutional licensing for the implementation of proprietary longevity education systems, frameworks, and operational models.

Licensing grants:

• Limited, non-exclusive rights to implement approved Monarch frameworks
• Access to structured protocols and educational materials
• Use of designated branding elements subject to agreement
• Implementation guidance and documentation

Licensing does not grant:

• Ownership of intellectual property
• Transferable rights
• Authority to represent Monarch beyond contractual terms
• Medical authorization or clinical authority

Institutions are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with local regulatory authorities
• Healthcare licensing requirements
• Operational decisions and implementation practices

Licenses may be suspended or revoked in cases of:

• Misuse of intellectual property
• Regulatory violations
• Misrepresentation of certification authority
• Breach of agreement

Formal licensing agreements must be executed prior to implementation.
