Professional Code of Conduct
Effective Date: 22 February 2026
Monarch Longevity Institute certification represents a professional standard in longevity education and systems implementation. To protect the integrity of the certification and ensure ethical practice, all certified professionals (“Certified Professionals”) agree to the following Code of Conduct.
1. Scope of Practice
Certified Professionals must operate within the legal scope permitted in their jurisdiction. Certification does not authorize medical practice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or clinical care.
2. Non-Medical Representation
Certified Professionals must not represent Monarch certification as a medical license or clinical qualification. All services must be described as educational, coaching, consulting, or wellness systems support-never medical care.
3. Ethical Communication and Claims
Certified Professionals must:
- Avoid exaggerated or guaranteed outcome claims
- Use evidence-informed language responsibly
- Clearly distinguish education from healthcare
- Refer clients to licensed healthcare professionals when appropriate
4. Safety and Referral Boundaries
If a client presents medical symptoms, urgent concerns, or mental health crises, Certified Professionals must recommend appropriate licensed medical or mental health care and must not attempt to manage emergencies.
5. Confidentiality and Data Respect
Certified Professionals must protect client confidentiality and handle personal data responsibly. Client information must not be shared without consent unless required by law.
6. Professional Integrity
Certified Professionals must:
- Represent their credentials accurately
- Not mislead clients about expertise or authority
- Maintain respectful conduct in all professional interactions
7. Use of Monarch Brand and Materials
Monarch frameworks, materials, and intellectual property may not be copied, resold, sublicensed, or distributed without written permission. Use of logos, trademarks, and brand language must comply with Monarch brand guidelines.
8. Conflicts of Interest
Certified Professionals must disclose conflicts of interest where relevant (e.g., commissions, affiliate products, paid referrals) and prioritize client well-being and transparency.
9. Continuing Education and Renewal
Certification status may require periodic renewal, continuing education, or updated assessments as
Monarch standards evolve.
10. Violations and Disciplinary Action
Monarch Longevity Institute may investigate alleged violations. Disciplinary action may include:
- Written warning
- Required retraining
Suspension
Revocation of certification - Termination of licensing/brand permissions
11. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in or maintaining certification, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
