Purpose

Monarch Longevity Institute partners with organizations to implement science-informed longevity frameworks, educational systems, and institutional implementation models.

Partnerships are designed to support long-term organizational capability while protecting the integrity of Monarch intellectual property, professional standards, and implementation quality.

Partnership Includes

Institutional partnerships may include:

• Implementation of approved Monarch frameworks
• Access to educational resources and implementation guidance
• Institutional training and professional development
• Use of approved Monarch branding in accordance with partnership agreements
• Ongoing collaboration and quality assurance

Partnership Does Not Include

A partnership does not grant:

• Ownership of Monarch intellectual property
• Rights to modify or redistribute Monarch materials without written permission
• Authority to certify professionals independently
• Permission to represent Monarch beyond the agreed partnership scope
• Medical, clinical, or regulatory authorization

Institutional Responsibilities

Partner organizations are responsible for:

• Compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations
• Obtaining any licenses required within their jurisdiction
• Ensuring services remain within appropriate professional boundaries
• Maintaining implementation quality and organizational governance
• Protecting the confidentiality of participants where applicable

Intellectual Property

All Monarch educational frameworks, implementation models, assessment systems, trademarks, branding, and supporting materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of Monarch Longevity Institute.

No materials may be copied, modified, sublicensed, translated, or redistributed without prior written permission.

Suspension or Termination

Monarch reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partnership in cases including:

• Misuse of Monarch intellectual property
• Unauthorized modification or distribution of materials
• Misrepresentation of partnership status
• Serious breach of partnership obligations
• Conduct that may harm the reputation or integrity of Monarch

Governing Law

Unless otherwise specified within an individual partnership agreement, these Partnership Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
